          The phase structures of four Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloys with e/a rang-ing from 1.44 to 1.46 have been investigated using X-ray diffraction andtransmission electron microscopy. The analyses of both X-ray and electrondiffraction patterns indicate that β_1 parent phase has DO_3 order structure andthat β_1 martensite has M18R structure for each alloy. It is found that allsuperlattice spots split into spot arrays of equal spacing in a certain direc-tion and an antiphase domain boundary exists in the DF image of...

As a crystal deflect, the antiphase domain boundary willinfluence the continuous extension of fault area in the β_1′ martensite.

Specimens, deformed in tension between Ms and Af at a constanttemperature, could not gain the complete pseudoelasticity, but pseudoelasticrecovery was still the principal way. 3. Martensitic reorientation would occur in specimens deformed in tensionbelow Ms at a constant temperature. There were two results for marte-nsitic reorientation, one for producing pseudoelasticity and the other foracquiring reoriented martensite variantswhich would produce shape memoryeffect after heated. 4. When specimens were deformed in tension at constant tempera-ture, the temperature of samples might go up. For test alloy on 1.6%strain witha speed of clamp of 5mm/min, the rise in temperature couldbe as many as 4℃.

          本實驗采用工業純金屬制備Cu—Zn—Al記憶合金,用電測法測繪了該合金在馬氏體相變點上下某些特性溫度區間的σ—ε曲線,所得主要結果是:1.試樣在A_f以上恒溫拉伸,出現偽彈性效應,但是,當應變超過一臨界值后就會喪失完全的偽彈性。2.試樣在M_s—A_f之間拉伸,得不到完全的偽彈性,但仍以偽彈性回復為主。3.試樣在M_s以下拉伸,發生馬氏體再取向。再取向可產生偽彈性也可產生形狀記憶效應。
